60-Day Return Policy

You may return new, unopened, and unused products within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • Defective products: Eligible for exchange only (subject to inspection).
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Opened or used products (unless defective)
    • Software, digital downloads, or custom-configured hardware
    • Products with missing components or damaged packaging

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA)
  • Submit a return request via ElphaPex Support Center or contact our team.
  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
Step 2: Package the Item Securely
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Attach the RA# inside the box and affix the return label.
Step 3: Ship the Item
  • Drop off the package at a DHL, UPS, or FedEx location.
  • Keep your tracking number for reference.

Refund & Exchange Process

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the return.
    • Issued to the original payment method (cryptocurrency refunds will be sent to the original wallet address).
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Warranty Coverage

All ElphaPex ASIC miners come with a 360-day limited warranty (see product page for details).

  • Defective units: Covered under warranty for repair or replacement.
  • Physical damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications void warranty.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Backorder & Cancellation Policy

  • Backorder cancellations: Must be requested before shipment.
  • 5% cancellation fee applies for canceled backorders (deducted from refund).
